• Streamlined for Case Managers: Each provider is assigned a designated Intake Manager who supervises all patient intake paperwork, authorization, prescription ordering and expedited cases.

• Personable Delivery Staff: Our home infusion drivers deliver infusion therapies and equipment direct to the patient's home or designated medical center. Late discharges are easily accommodated with evening and night deliveries.

• General and Emergency Nurse Network: We partner with Home Health Agencies closest to the patient’s home. Plaza Pharmacy has a network of 50+ agencies if the patient or provider has a preference. An Emergency Nursing staff is on call for late night and expedited cases.
